Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") set forth the legally binding terms governing your access to and use of the Bonation Travel website (https://bonation.travel/) and our booking services. By accessing the site, registering for an account, or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them below:

1.1

Company, we, or us: Means Bonation Travel, including its management, operating entities, booking platforms, and official digital channels.

1.2

Platform or System: Means the web portal accessible at https://bonation.travel/, along with its mobile applications, booking engines, and connected application programming interfaces (APIs).

1.3

User, Customer, or you: Means any individual traveler, corporate client, or travel agent who accesses the Platform or submits a booking request through it.

1.4

Supplier or Service Provider: Means the independent third-party providers of actual travel services, including full-service airlines, low-cost carriers (LCCs), hotel properties, ground transportation operators, and travel consolidators.

1.5

Booking Request: Means any order submitted via the Platform to reserve flight itineraries, accommodation, transfers, or related travel services.

1.6

Booking Confirmation: Means the electronic voucher, e-ticket, or confirmation document issued once full payment has been received and the booking is confirmed by the Supplier.

2

Our Role and Scope of Service

Bonation Travel acts strictly as an intermediary booking agent between Users and third-party travel Suppliers. In operating the Platform, we agree as follows:

2.1

Intermediary Capacity: We do not own, operate, manage, or control any airlines, hotel properties, ground transfers, or travel accommodations offered on the Platform.

2.2

Scope of Responsibility: Our role is strictly confined to providing the technical infrastructure to search, compare, and process bookings, collect payments, and issue tickets or vouchers on behalf of Suppliers.

2.3

Supplier Rules Prevail: The actual delivery of travel services (such as flight punctuality, baggage handling, and room quality) is governed entirely by the Supplier's terms and conditions. The contract for the service itself is between you and the respective Supplier.

3

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

When using Bonation Travel or creating a user account, you agree to the following conditions:

3.1

Legal Capacity: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.2

Accuracy of Information: All passenger details provided during booking (names, dates of birth, passport details, and nationalities) must be accurate and match the official government-issued travel documents exactly. Any correction fees imposed by Suppliers due to data entry errors are solely your responsibility.

3.3

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and account access secure. You accept responsibility for all bookings and activities carried out under your account.

3.4

Prohibited Usage: The Platform must be used exclusively for genuine, lawful travel bookings. Speculative, false, or automated "test" bookings, as well as unauthorized data scraping, are strictly prohibited.

4

Pricing and Taxes

We make every effort to display clear and transparent pricing; however, all bookings are subject to the following pricing rules:

4.1

Dynamic Fares: Airline fares and hotel rates fluctuate continuously based on market availability. A quoted price is not guaranteed until the payment is cleared and the booking confirmation is issued.

4.2

Taxes and Local Fees: Prices shown include standard government taxes and booking fees applicable at the time of purchase. They generally do not include locally collected charges such as city tourism taxes, resort fees, or airport facilities charges, which must be settled directly with the hotel or local authority.

4.3

Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious technical error or pricing mistake (where a rate is significantly below standard market value), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and issue a full refund without further liability.

5

Payment Terms and Fraud Prevention

All reservations require payment in full in accordance with our billing guidelines:

5.1

Payment Methods: We accept payments via approved secure channels, including debit cards, credit cards, and verified corporate payment gateways.

5.2

Payment Verification: A booking is not complete, and tickets will not be released, until full settlement is confirmed by our financial partners.

5.3

Fraud Screening: To protect our customers and payment systems, bookings are monitored for suspicious or unauthorized activity. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any transaction that fails standard security or cardholder verification checks.

6

Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

Cancellations and itinerary adjustments are subject to the fare rules established by the respective Supplier:

6.1

Refundable Bookings: Where permitted by the Supplier, refundable tickets and hotel stays may be cancelled or modified prior to the travel date. Such changes may incur Supplier penalty fees, fare differences, and standard administrative fees.

6.2

Non-Refundable Bookings: Promotional fares, low-cost carrier (LCC) flights, and discounted hotel rooms are typically non-refundable and non-changeable under Supplier policies.

6.3

No-Show Policy: Failing to arrive for a flight or failing to check into a hotel without advance notice is classified as a "No-Show." This generally results in the loss of the full booking amount and may cause onward or return flight legs to be cancelled by the airline.

6.4

Refund Timelines: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method after we receive the refunded funds from the Supplier. Processing typically takes between 14 and 30 business days, depending on Supplier and banking timelines.

7

Travel Documents, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all documentation and entry requirements:

7.1

Passport Validity: Passports must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the planned travel dates, or as required by the destination and transit countries.

7.2

Visas and Transit Permits: Travelers must obtain all necessary entry visas, transit visas, and electronic travel authorizations prior to departure.

7.3

Health Requirements: Travelers must comply with all health regulations, required vaccinations, and medical entry rules established by the countries of transit and destination.

7.4

Travel Document Disclaimer: Bonation Travel is not responsible for any costs, losses, or ticket forfeitures if a traveler is denied boarding or entry by airline staff or immigration authorities due to incorrect travel documents, expired passports, or missing visas.

8

Airline Disruptions and Force Majeure

The following terms apply to operational disruptions and events beyond our reasonable control:

8.1

Schedule Changes: Airlines may adjust flight schedules, modify routes, or cancel flights for operational or safety reasons. While we make reasonable efforts to pass along notices received from airlines, the operating carrier is solely responsible for passenger rebooking, compensation, or hotel accommodations under applicable aviation regulations.

8.2

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays, booking cancellations, or failure to deliver services caused by events of "Force Majeure," including natural disasters, weather events, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government orders, or airspace closures.

9

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with liability limited as follows:

9.1

Exclusion of Consequential Losses: Bonation Travel, its employees, directors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from the use of the Platform or from any failure by a Supplier.

9.2

Maximum Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the total service fee or commission actually earned by Bonation Travel on that specific booking.

9.3

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bonation Travel from any claims, fines, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

10

Intellectual Property Rights

10.1

Ownership: All intellectual property rights on the Platform—including its website design, software, trademarks, logos, content, API documentation, and booking systems—are the exclusive property of Bonation Travel or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

10.2

License and Restrictions: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access https://bonation.travel/ solely to book travel services. Any copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercial resale of the Platform's materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11

Privacy and Data Protection

11.1

Collection and Purpose: We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in compliance with data protection regulations. Personal data (such as names, contact details, passport information, and payment records) is collected solely to process your bookings and communicate with relevant Suppliers.

11.2

Consent: By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12

Commercial and Travel Agent Provisions

If the Platform is accessed by commercial agents, corporate booking partners, or independent travel agents, the following additional commercial terms apply:

12.1

Agent Responsibilities: The Agent is responsible for ensuring clear pricing transparency with its end clients and verifying that all passenger data entered into the Platform is accurate.

12.2

Chargebacks and Settlement: The Agent remains fully and solely liable for any credit card chargebacks, fraud claims, or payment disputes originating from its end customers or downstream booking partners.

12.3

Confidentiality: The Agent must keep all confidential commercial terms, negotiated rates, and technical API documentation strictly confidential.

13

Governing Law and General Provisions

13.1

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bonation Travel's principal business operations are registered.

13.2

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of registration.

13.3

Severability: If any individual clause of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on https://bonation.travel/. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
